Booking and Payment Policy

• All bookings must be confirmed 4 weeks (Local guests) / 6 weeks (Foreign guests) prior to the journey starting date.
• 50% of the full payment needs to be done upon booking confirmation.
• Once the payment is verified, the detailed personalized itinerary will be sent within one week of payment date. Itinerary will be sent to the provided email and mobile number.
• Payments can be done from both LKR and USD as bank transfers. The remaining amounts can be paid in both Cash (any currency) and as bank transfers (USD or LKR).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations of the bookings can be made by directly contacting our customer service center. However this is subject to cancellation, bank and administrative charges.
• Cancellation of bookings will not be accommodated within a time frame of 10 days prior to the commencement of the tour. This would vary based on the hotel's cancellation policy and the period of the booking.
• If a refund occurs, it will be transferred as a bank refund considering the above mentioned cancellation and refund policy.

Other

• The cost of Services may increase after confirmation if there have been increases in the costs at supplier level.
• Booking can be cancelled / changed from the service provider (that’s us) due to acceptable unavoidable circumstances. (Natural disasters etc / Flight delays / war etc)
• The payment amount does not include any tips or personal payments done by the guests.
• All passengers must provide proof of identity (ID / Passport) and proof of stay (VISA) upon arrival.
• Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in Sri Lanka and drug smuggling does carry a maximum punishment including a fine.
